Dr. Crystal Raphael is an educator, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader with a passion for helping organizations thrive. She holds a Doctor of Education in Transformational Leadership and an MBA, bringing expertise in education, nonprofit leadership, finance, and business operations. In addition to teaching high school Entrepreneurship and Business Management & Law, Crystal provides bookkeeping and consulting services to small businesses and nonprofits. She is excited to support H3 Sports behind the scenes, helping strengthen the organization's financial operations so it can continue making a lasting impact on student-athletes, their families, and the communities it serves, both locally and abroad.
