Our Story
A foundation built on character, leadership, and the power of shared athletic spaces.
Head. Heart. Hand. Sports was founded in June 2023 with a simple belief: sport is one of the most powerful tools for developing a young person — if the coach uses it with intention.

Since then, we have launched free after-school sports programs for underserved youth in Orlando and led college and high school athletes on international service trips to serve children in developing communities around the world. and launched a year long coach mentoring program for young coaches aspiring to change lives though sport.Â

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Every program we run is built around three things: mindset, character, and service.

The Head. Heart. Hand. Sports Board of Directors provides strategic oversight and accountability to ensure our mission remains focused on developing young leaders. Together, they bring decades of experience in non-profit management, sports administration, and community advocacy.
